Upcoming Classes

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is all about relaxation and increasing flexibility.

By staying in the poses for longer times supported by props you have the time to really tune into your inner sensations. With appropriate breathing techniques your body will relax and open up more the longer you stay in the pose.

Awareness Through Movement

Awareness Through Movement (the Feldenkrais Method) involves being guided through a series of gentle movements while bringing your attention to the parts of you that are involved in the movement.

This class will help you to develop your sense of proprioception, which is essential for maintaining balance, coordination and ease of movement.

Functional Integration lessons take the effort out of a Feldenkrais lesson as the practitioner does the work of moving you, leaving you free to sense the movement and learn new organisational patterns.
