About Me

Susie Kelly

I began practicing yoga in 2007, as a way of getting a bit of exercise into my otherwise sedentary routine and over the years my practice evolved from the powerful Ashtanga style towards a more flowing breath-centred Vinyasa style. Today I find my peace in the still practices of yin and restorative yoga and I found a new form of meditative movement in the Feldenkrais method, which has opened up a whole new world of understanding myself.

I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2020 at Yogatique Bangkok. On returning to the UK in the same year I went on to complete a training in yin, restorative and mindfulness, followed by a 150 hour advanced teacher training with MoreYoga in 2021. In 2022 I began a 4 year training to become a practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method, from which I expect to graduate in February 2026.

I believe that taking the time to connect with your body and breath is essential for living a healthy, balanced life. It is through our connection with the body that we find a deeper connection to the world around us.

I teach Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa forms of yoga, as well as Feldenkrais and I am available for private and corporate bookings. If you would like to discuss an opportunity with me, please get in touch via the link below.
