Classes

Yin & Restorative Yoga

These two styles of yoga stem from different philosophies of energy flow through the body. Yin takes inspiration from the Traditional Chinese Medicine system of Meridians, while restorative is firmly rooted in the yogic system of the subtle energy body.

Both styles are focused on stillness and long holds using props to support the body and promote deeper relaxation, allowing the deeper connective tissues to lengthen and open up.

No prior knowledge is needed for this class.

Awareness Through Movement

Explore the world of your internal sensations through slow, gentle movement, learning to release chronic patterns of tension and create new movement possibilities.

No prior knowledge is needed for this class.

A person practicing yoga indoors, sitting in a seated forward bend with legs crossed, leaning forward with arms wrapped around their legs, and head down. The person has short curly hair, is wearing a grayish top and colorful leggings. There is a large potted plant and a white decorative fireplace in the background.

Vinyasa Yoga

This dynamic style of yoga links breath to movement, creating a sequence that "flows" between asanas or postures.

This class will help you find a connection with your body through movement, and leave you feeling energised and uplifted.

A basic knowledge of the yoga postures is helpful before beginning this class.
